We offer Free U.S. shipping for all our products. The estimated shipping time for each item is specified on its product page. Free shipping is only for 3-5 business days. IF you want your piece quicker express and other shipping services cost. All items are pre-made and take 1–4 business days to be fulfilled. After fulfillment, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout: • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days • Express Shipping: 2 business days Please note: Orders must be placed before 3 PM EST to qualify for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will ship the next business day. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will ship on Monday and be delivered on Tuesday, as we are closed on weekends.

UNCOMMONPIECESS allows refunds in the form of the original payment. We do not accept exchanges be sure to follow our size charts given and the product description as described on the website.

UNCOMMONPIECESS is not responsible for any lost packages or packages that are returned due to an incorrect address. IF you have any issues before your order is fulfilled, contact our Instagram @UNCOMMONPIECESS. IF this does occur you are responsible for paying the cost of reshipping. IF you package is lost or stolen contact the shipping carrier has been provided through your tracking number. Make sure to enter the correct shipping information when placing your order.
